This website is operated by ONE NATURE LIMITED under the trading name Tissueplus. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “Tissueplus”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of this website.
Tissueplus offers this website, including its information, content, features, products and services, subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any other policies referenced on this website.
By visiting our website, creating an account or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.
USE OF OUR WEBSITE
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
• use the website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or another customer’s account;
• upload or transmit viruses, malicious code or other harmful material;

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges and any applicable rural or special-delivery charges are displayed during checkout.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is confirmed.
Prices may differ from prices offered by other retailers, marketplaces or physical stores. We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
If a genuine pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Tissueplus. An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted or dispatched.
We may decline, limit or cancel an order where:
• a product is unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• the delivery information is incomplete or incorrect;
• an obvious pricing or product information error has occurred;
• we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity; or
• we are unable to fulfil the order for another reasonable operational reason.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@onenaturenz.com.
We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not been processed or dispatched. However, cancellation or amendment may not be possible after dispatch.
If an order has already been dispatched, any return will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable New Zealand consumer law.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for checking that your delivery details are complete and correct before placing an order.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, rural delivery requirements, adverse weather, public holidays, unusually high order volumes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Additional charges may apply to rural, remote or special-delivery addresses. Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand law.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND FAULTY PRODUCTS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable New Zealand consumer law.
We are not required to provide a refund or exchange where you simply change your mind, unless our Return and Refund Policy expressly allows it.
However, if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet a guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy required by law.
Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.
PROMOTIONS
Promotions are available for the period stated in the relevant offer or while stocks last.
Unless otherwise stated:
• promotions apply only to eligible products and customers;
• promotional offers cannot be applied retrospectively;
• promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
• only one promotion or discount may be used per order; and
• promotional products and quantities may be limited.
If specific promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.
We may modify or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, provided this does not affect an order that has already been accepted.
DISCOUNT CODES AND VOUCHERS
Discount codes and vouchers may be subject to:
• an expiry date;
• a minimum purchase amount;
• eligible products or collections;
• customer eligibility requirements;
• limits on the number of uses; and
• restrictions on combining discounts.
Unless otherwise stated:
• only one discount code may be used per order;
• shipping charges do not count towards minimum purchase requirements;
• codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
• codes cannot be applied to previous purchases;
• codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards; and
• codes cannot be combined with another promotion or discount.
We may cancel or decline a code where we reasonably believe it has been obtained, shared or used contrary to its stated conditions.
GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT
Gift cards and store credit may be used in accordance with the conditions displayed when they are issued.
Gift cards and store credit cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Promotional discount codes and stored-value gift cards are different products and may be subject to different conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all content made available through this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, audio, product descriptions and website design, is owned by or licensed to Tissueplus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display the submitted content for purposes connected with operating and promoting Tissueplus.
